What we clean
We cover six exterior services across Byron Bay and the Northern Rivers: driveway cleaning, pathway cleaning, pool tile cleaning, roof soft-washing, house & exterior washing, and deck cleaning. (Exterior cleaning only — we don't offer window cleaning.)
What changes the price
A quote moves up or down based on a few honest factors:
- Size — a single carport driveway is very different to a long acreage drive.
- Surface — delicate render, timber and roofs need a careful soft-wash; concrete can take more pressure.
- How heavy the build-up is — years of oil, mould or lichen take longer than a light refresh.
- Access — steep, multi-storey or hard-to-reach areas take more setup.
Bundling saves money
Most homeowners book a couple of jobs at once — a driveway with the connecting paths, or a house wash with the roof and deck. Doing them in one visit is more efficient, so it's usually better value than booking separately. Just ask for a combined quote.

Send a couple of photos of the area (or we'll take a look on site) and we'll give you a fixed, no-obligation price the same day. The price we agree is the price you pay — there are no call-out tricks, and there's no travel fee anywhere in our service area: Byron Bay, Suffolk Park, Lennox Head, Bangalow, Mullumbimby, Brunswick Heads, Ocean Shores, Ballina and Newrybar.
